This post to Instagram from the Okanagan Golf Club about last year's PGA of BC Golfathon in support of ALS is definitely worth the look.
"Many of you saw Nathan, Scott, Sam and Lee playing through groups as they raced their way through completing 100 holes of golf. This amazing feet took them only 11 hours to complete! With your patience, letting them play through and your kind donations, they manager to raise over $5000 for the ALS Society of BC. From all of us at the Okanagan Golf Club, THANK YOU!!
The 2023 edition will run in June across the province and the PGA of BC is aiming high, "In 2023, we aim to surpass the $3-million mark in total funds raised to aid patients living with ALS."
