While many know Kokanee Springs as one of BC’s ‘Hidden Gem’ golf courses, owner Pinnacle Lifestyles is now transitioning the 425-acre site into a true resort community…

The 60-unit Lodge here has long offered affordable and attractive accommodations for vacationing golfers but recently Pinnacle has been adding a lot more options.

The recently completed Golf-side Resort Villas include 12 gorgeous one and two-bedroom villas available for immediate occupancy. Units can both be purchased or rented and come fully furnished, beautifully maintained, well-stocked with the essentials of resort living and ready for full-time or pure recreational enjoyment.

But Canada’s fastest-growing RV and adventure resort brand has not been resting on their laurels and have brought two RV developments online for 2023.

The first is “The Meadows” which offers 36 nightly rental back-in, pet friendly RV sites. Nestled alongside the golf course and Crawford Creek, sites offer 50/30/20 AMP power, water & sewer hook-Up and WiFi.

The second is The Bluffs RV resort community which includes 27 spacious, fully-serviced and forested lots for private ownership.

Nestled amongst mature cedars and pines, The Bluffs overlook pristine Crawford Creek and the surrounding slopes of Mount Crawford and the Selkirk Mountains. Lots here are beautifully spaced, generous in size, with trees preserved for shade and privacy for your RV or Park Model. Flat, well-graded and finished with gravel crush for ease of parking and set up, lots are fully serviced and maintained by the resort management.

The Bluffs is opening for possessions in May 2023 with prices from the $90Ks to $160Ks.

And the latest news are the new cabins. The 19 units in the Big Bend Cabin community will feature spacious and private lots that are fully serviced with water, power, sewer and high speed internet. These units are now available for sale and cabin plans are available by contacting the sales staff HERE.

Another part of the change is the rebrand of the Woods Pumphouse Grill as the “Refresh Kitchen & Bar”. The focus is fast casual with comfort foods (healthy bowls, wood-fired pizzas, charcuterie boards, fresh salads, refreshing beverages,  modern cocktails, and signature specialties with convenient delivery service to the villas, Lodge and new RV site and cabins).

Of course, the resort also features 10km of nature trails and is only a short bike ride to the charming artist village of Crawford Bay and beach along the shores of stunning Kootenay Lake.

What’s coming next? 2024 plans call for a new amenity zone that will feature world class resort fun sure to involve everyone. There is also a Marina & Beach Club planned to open this year just down the lake.

All this does not mean Kokanee Springs has forgotten about the golfers.

2023 will see the return of the Kokanee Open Tournament on September 23rd & 24th and dates are also now set for the 2023 Kokanee Couples Golf Retreats: July 15/16 & August 19/20.
There is also packaging available for the Pinnacle Lifestyles Charity Golf Classic in support of Camping Fore Kids on Saturday, August 26th and the Hummingbird Women’s Tournament will be back this year too on June 24/25.
