The Men and Senior Men will contest the Zone Championships May 27-28. Registration is now open and here are all the details…

The  2023 Men's Championship will be held at Vernon Golf & Country Club, Saturday and Sunday, May 27th and 28th. Tee Times will commence at approximately noon.

DO YOU QUALIFY?
To compete, players must be a member of a bonafide club or a member of the BC or Golf Canada Players Club. There will an additional $5 fee for those players who are not a member of a Zone 2 Club, as Zone 2 Clubs pay dues that help support these events.

COMPETING IN THE SENIORS  
The age cut-off for the Seniors is 55 & over as of the date of the competition. Maximum Player Index to compete in this championship is 18.
Should a player wish to compete in both the Men’s and Senior Men’s Championship, the total entry fee is $205 including Tax.

QUALIFICATION FOR THE BC AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
In addition to  declaring zone champions the Men's Event serves as a qualifier for the  provincial amateur. The top three players will make up the Zone 2 Team at the BC Men's Amateur to be held at Morningstar Golf Club on Vancouver Island and will receive complimentary entry fee. The overall winner will also receive a Srixon Golf Bag.  To qualify for the zone team or for the approximately 26 BC Amateur spots that will be available, a competitor must be a member of a Zone 2 Club or the BC or Golf Canada Players Club and a resident of Zone 2.
